Beanilla Vanilla Paste is our in-house proprietary blend of select Bourbon and Tahitian vanillas used to create an equal balance of flavor and aroma. The floral, fruity, cherry like notes of the Tahitensis variety blend wonderfully with the nutty-chocolate character of the Planifolia type in the rich and wonderful 2-Fold Paste.

Description

We are all familiar with vanilla extract, the most popular flavor in the world. Now we offer the same full-bodied vanilla flavor with a unique twist: the addition of the distinctive vanilla seeds in a rich concentrated paste. Use vanilla bean paste's thicker viscosity to flavor cakes, puddings, cookies, custards, icing, frosting's, whipped cream, ice cream or anywhere the flavor and appearance of vanilla bean is desired. Using vanilla bean paste saves the effort of scraping the seeds from the whole vanilla bean.

  6. Tasty, but not intense

    I enjoyed using this paste, but honestly, it didn't last long. In order to get the intense vanilla flavor that i look for, it took a fair amount of paste for whatever application I used it in. That said, I did still enjoy using it, and will consider using it again. But can you drop the fructose? That stuff is just not good!
