1. Not good!

   The caps on these bottles don't stay on and they leak! I have spiled the vanilla mixture several times and am very sorry to have to give these to my mothers for Mother's day.

   I purchased the blue color and was worried that it might be to light to store the extract in, but upon receiving it I think that it will work just fine. Beanilla was quick to ship my product and the packaging was excellent. No way was that glass going to break in the box.

   I made my own vanilla extract, and these bottles are like the prototypical kind of bottles that I wanted. I was so glad I found them here on beanilla.com. They are the perfect size for my amount of extract, and they have a very good weight to them. Very happy with my purchase.

   My only disappointment was I ordered the "cobalt" bottle and was sent the brown one. However, the bottle itself is fine, but disappointed they messed up my order.

   The bottle itself is great, however I was sent the wrong color. I ordered "cobalt", the blue one, and was sent the brown one. It even said on my packaging slip that I ordered cobalt. This was a disappointment, but the bottle itself has been fine.

    Received wrong color bottles. The mistake was corrected but returning wrong items has been a huge inconvience.

    Original order I wanted clear, but they were sold out. Customer service representative called me right away and gave me two alternative choices. I'm very happy with the amber glass and ordered more!

    My initial order of bottles arrived with several of the lids broken (rats!). I emailed Customer Service that night and two hours later received a response telling me that ten new lids were in the mail and apologizing for the inconvenience. Wow! A response like that made me a loyal customer! This order arrived in perfect condition, so I still have some "backup" lids if I need them in my future orders. Thanks, Beanilla!!!

33. Too short for beans!

    These are lovely bottles, but they are too short for the Madagascar vanilla beans. I had to fold them in half to fit. I am sure these will work fine, but if you want your vanilla extract to look like the photos on this site, I suggest you purchase one of Beanilla's tall bottles.
