   I've only had this 4 ounce jar for a few weeks and have used it all! I look for ways to use it (yes, I bake a lot, but even a drop in my morning tea or afternoon lemonade is delightful! Four ounces is enough to last most people for a year, but I use it daily.

   Absolutely love this product, although the next order will be for more generic bean paste. So much easier than extract, especially for sous vide cooking.

    I LOVE this stuff. I made two pumpkin cheesecakes, and a three layer vanilla cake with chocolate icing. Used 1/3 the amount that is called for pure vanilla extract, and everything was DELICIOUS!
