What is your Shipping Policy?

Your order will arrive approximately 2-5 business days from receipt by us, depending upon your geographical location and your carrier/service of choice. Once your order ships, an automated e-mail notification will be sent to the e-mail address provided. Additionally, you may log into your Beanilla account to retrieve your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package, by entering it at the appropriate website.

Beanilla cannot be held liable or responsible for any delays in shipment or lost-in-transit shipments, however we want you to get your order! Below are the allotted times to wait before we take action to refund/replace your order as packages usually turn up within these amounts of time.

• Domestic shipments -If you have not received your order after 21 days of placing your order, we will arrange a prompt replacement or full refund.
• International shipments -If you have not received your order after 45 days of placing your order, we will arrange a prompt replacement or full refund.

If you are in need of your order prior to the aforementioned lengths of time, you may place another order and follow our return policy for the delayed packages. For items that are lost-in-transit please wait the aforementioned allotted times before any refunding or replacements to occur.

Beanilla cannot be held liable for confirmed deliveries, that are not received. If your order has been confirmed as delivered via the tracking system provided, we suggest you call your local post office to inquire further. If you wish for a re-delivery of your order, we will require a restocking fee of 25% of the products purchased plus any applicable shipping and handling costs.

Shipping fees are calculated based on weight and distance: our shipping fee calculator is linked to the United States Postal Service web site which provides quotes in real time from our Zip code (49341) to your Zip code, depending on the total weight of the items placed in your shipping cart. What shipping options are available?

Generally, the most economical USPS shipping choice is first class mail. Orders received by us prior to 12:00 pm Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays), will be shipped that same day. If a product is out-of-stock, you will be notified.
