   I have made my own vanilla the past two years. Last year purchased beans from Madagascar and they were fabulous and this year from Uganda and they were fabulous as well. LOVE BEANILLA!

    I bought these to make a more potent extract, because of the quality of the beans and their high vanillin content. All beans were of uniform length and moisture level, and so far the extraction process is going very well. High aromatics with solid flavor profile. Saved five to use in desserts. Very good ice cream!

    Who knew there were so many types of vanilla beans . The descriptions are great and when pu steel them you can smell the cherry or whatever . The beans are fat and plump.

    I've tried the Mexican vanilla beans, the Indian vanilla beans and a multipack of Tahitian beans. These are my favorite. They have such a rich, almost silky flavor. I like to use these beans when I want to create an intensely vanilla taste. I have found the Ugandan beans don't have as many seeds as the Indian, beans though--and I often order the Indian beans when I want more seeds.

    I'm making two batches of extract, one with this bean, one with Madagascar. This one does indeed smell more complex and chocolatey. I can't wait to use the extract! Packaging was great, as is pricing.

    We started making vanilla with these beans 2 days ago. I guess we can't really judge quality of taste until that's done in a couple of months, but the beans smelled amazing!! They were good sized beans in great packaging. Arrived very quickly even though it was a kind of last minute holiday time order.

    I appreciate the speed in which my order was processed and mailed out. Receiving my package took no time at all. The only improvement I would make is putting the beans in an air-tight glass vial rather than the plastic packaging. This would allow for longer storage.

    I purchased a vile of the Ugandan Vanilla Beans to use in a Creme' Brulee recipe for dinners that I prepare every Monday night at the Cafe' for which I am the manager. The recipe came from Alton Brown of The Food Network and it was amazing with these vanilla beans. I even went as far as making the vanilla sugar which is recommended for this recipe and it got rave reviews from our customers. Thank you for providing such an amazing product.

    The beans are long and very plump. I've never bought vanilla beans before so I don't know how these compare in quality but I have seen other sites online where the beans are less expensive.

    I feel a little let down with my order. The price was great but the description of this bean says that the pods are 8 inches in length and plump. None of my vanilla pods were over 6 inches and they were not pliable or plump either. I even took a picture of the vanilla beans with a measuring tape. Will I order again? Probably, I always like to give online orders a second chance.

    Received my beans today. They are, by far, the best I've seen. They are larger, pliable and have the most fantastic aroma. No dry beans here. I'll never go to the grocery store again for vanilla beans. Thank you Beanilla.

    This is my second order from Beanilla Trading Company. They have the best Vanilla Beans I've ever used. You can buy the ones at the grocery store but they are usually dried out or they cost an arm and a leg. Beanilla is reasonable and fresh.
