April 24, 2020

We are currently experiencing a 5-7 business day shipping delay due to an extreme influx of orders over the last few weeks.

Please be aware that we have decided not to close our site and are shipping as many orders as we can handle at a time with our reduced processing capacity. As a result, it is likely that your order will not be fulfilled and shipped for up to one week until further notice. We know this isn't ideal, but it remains our goal to give all of our customers the highest quality vanilla, spices, extracts, information, and support we can with the resources available.

If you have placed an order and received a confirmation email, your order will be processed in a shipping queue. When your order ships out, you will receive a shipping notification with tracking information.

Our Customer Service Team will remain available via phone and email during our regular business hours. If you have any questions, comments or concerns, don’t hesitate to reach out to us. As we mentioned, we are operating with less staff than usual, so we apologize if it takes us a little longer than usual to get back to you.

Stock Availability

We're working closely with our suppliers to ensure we have adequate stock levels; Covid-19 is impacting the entire industry and supply chain, so there could be some disruptions.

If an item you are looking for is out of stock, the easiest and most timely way to be notified is to sign up for stock notifications. Simply navigate to the product page and enter your email address to subscribe to notifications. You will receive an email as soon as the item is back in stock.
