  1. Well Written and Loads of Info

by Janice Biscoe on Jan 18, 2015

This book is a history book, a cookbook, and one of the most informative books on Vanilla that I have read. Wonderful ways to use the "bean" and believe me, I will be trying as many of the recipes as I can!
  2. Finally Vanilla cookbook

by Joshua Cooley on Jan 14, 2015

Thrilled with the recipes and info about vanilla. I love vanilla even more than chocolate so this book is what I have searched for!
  3. Unique Gift

by Mark Vandagriff on Jan 14, 2015

Great gift for family members who like to bake.
  4. Excellent

by Elizabeth on Dec 28, 2014

I received this as a gift and love it! It contains a huge array of recipes I am dying to try. But I did have to order some vanilla bean paste and more fresh beans in order to try all this. The history of vanilla was also interesting but the recipes are to die for!
  5. Love It

by Shannon on Nov 10, 2014

I love vanilla and I love this book! Shauna has great recipes, and I've followed her blog for some time now (no, I don't know her). Easy recipes, beautiful pictures, and delicious results. What more can you ask for :)
  6. Loads of recipes and information

by Wendy Huebner on Sep 8, 2014

I enjoyed reading about the history of the vanilla bean. I never knew the bean comes from an orchids plant and it takes so much time in preparing the beans for use. Very interesting! I have yet to try any recipes but I plan on making vanilla bean sugar cookies this week.
