Vanilla Peach Bellini Martini
James bond prefers his martinis on the simple side, but that's only because he hasn't tried our sweet, sophisticated take on the formula.
Ingredients
- 8 ice cubes
- 3 oz vodka
- 1 1/2 oz peach schnapps
- 1 1/2 oz peach puree
- 1/2 vanilla bean, split and scraped
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- lemon rind for garnish
Instructions
- Add all of the ingredients (except the lemon rind) to a cocktail shaker.
- Shake to chill, and pour into a chilled martini or coupe glass.
- Garnish with a lemon rind.
