We take classic candy stick and dip them in batches of oversaturated sugar solution. The sugar then crystallized into rock candy. Perfect for snacking on or serving at coffee stations at a wedding or other special event. These brown ones have a slight caramel flavor to them and lend themselves well to black coffee and Assam tea.
