Great for orange lace cinnamon cookies. It is really important to have a good flavoring for these delicate cookies.

  5. Nice addition except...

by Christie Klungervik on Apr 12, 2014

The scent and flavor is a beautiful ripe orange, except it quickly lost most of its essence within two or three weeks after opening. It was kept in a cool dark pantry in the original bottle. Also, the bottle does not pour well (more down the side of the bottle and onto the counter top than in the measuring spoon). It would be nicer to use with a dropper.
